Elizabeth Bullock is a UK-based adviser specialising in Russia's modern war, hybrid warfare and strategic risk.
ABOUT
Elizabeth Bullock founded Prammavox following her return from Ukraine. She has delivered briefings and spoken at NATO ARRC, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Royal Air Force Cyberspace, the Defence Academy, MOD defence industry conferences, European maritime and cyber conferences (Norway, Ireland), and British defence technology, investment, cyber and innovation events.
Operating up to 1km from the line of contact on a daily basis, Elizabeth Bullock's three years in Ukraine centred on the eastern Donbas and the southern (Kherson) front. She founded an independent unit and led frontline operations for crisis response and infrastructure delivery. She has a detailed understanding of Russian doctrine and hybrid warfare, the threats these pose to the West - and how societal readiness and resilience can combat these threats.
Prior to the Russian 2022 invasion, Elizabeth's career was focused on scaling and expanding technology start-ups, which latterly included tools for defence.
